I've relied on Sandy for several major projects, including a campaign to change the compensation and benefits programs for all non-union employees at The Boeing Company, a major report from the United Way of King County to the Seattle-area community, and a program to upgrade compensation programs at SAFECO Corporation. Each of these projects involved multiple clients with divergent interests. In each instance, she developed a single communication program that satisfied each client's individual needs. She's a solid writer, a strong project manager and extremely effective at providing outstanding client support.

Series of benefits brochures for Boeing, which were needed after the merger of Boeing and McDonnell Douglas and the creation of new benefit plans. Prater served as member of large Boeing team to produce the brochures and wrote all the copy for the Savings and Pension brochures.
